In my free time I love building natural animal enclosures, singing, horse back archery, mountaineering and riding my horse around the countryside.

好すきなたべもの

カレンスキンクという、魚さかなのクリームスープにたまねぎとジャガイモを加くわえたもの。
スコットランドの伝統的でんとうてきな料理りょうりで、わたしの出身地しゅっしんちの近ちかくの村むらでつくられているものです。

My favourite food is a traditional Scottish dish, it is made in a village near where I am from. It’s called Cullen skink, which is a fish an cream soup with onions and potatoes.
